Q: Are all Sweet Box Candy products online?
A: Sweet Box Candy carries over 3000 items, but we only have room for a portion of our products online. We are constantly rotating our offerings, but if there is something specific you want and don't see, contact us at 281-251-9373 and speak with a Sweet Rep to help you hunt down your favorite childhood candy! Q: I got a gift card as a gift how do I redeem?
A: Unfortunately at this time gift cards can only be redeemed at our vendor shows. Please look out for details on where we'll pop up next
Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
A: You can place an order well in advance or last minute. Week day orders can be placed for same day delivery until 5pm. For orders being placed for delivery to a business during holiday periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, we recommend you order well in advance. Orders for Saturday deliveries should be placed before 2pm CST.
Q: Can I specify a time for delivery?
A: Delivery times can not be guaranteed

A: Our local deliveries are limited to the following zip codes: 77070, 77068, 77069, 77377, 77379
Q: Can Sweet Box Candy make a donation to my charity or event?
A: As much as we would love to honor all donation requests, Sweet Box Candy receives far more requests for donations than we can financially support. As a result, we have organizations we currently support and do not accept solicitations for additional donations. We wish you the best with your fundraising efforts!
